Sharing knowledge and expertise is at the heart of everything we do. This year, we took significant steps to help educate buyers and sellers through various events. In March, we hosted our very first in-person Property Clinic at our office, inviting key industry professionals from Daft, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to offer free, valuable advice to those navigating the property market. It was a resounding success, and we are excited to continue this initiative in 2025.

Building on the success of our in-person event, we expanded our reach with monthly online Property Clinics. These sessions featured industry experts, including Home Staging, Decluttering Advice, Tips on how to maximise your BER, Vacant Property Grants and more. The positive feedback we received has encouraged us to continue offering these clinics in the future, providing ongoing guidance to those interested in the property market.

Contributing to the Media Landscape

Our dedication to educating the public didn’t stop with events. Majella has been an active contributor to various property articles in major publications, including The Examiner, The Times, The Business Post, The Southern Star, The Independent, and The Echo. Majella’s mission is to simplify the often-complex process of buying or selling a home. As she puts it, “My aim is to educate people about the process of buying or selling a home, it’s complex, but I aim to guide people every step of the way.”

This year, Majella also appeared on Virgin Media News, where she discussed the Bandon property market, and was interviewed on C103 Radio to share her insights. Additionally, DNG Galvin had the privilege of being featured in a podcast by iProperty Radio, recorded live from our office. We are grateful to iProperty Radio for this opportunity, and it’s just one example of how DNG Galvin is a trusted voice in the property industry.

Home Buyers Event

Our engagement with the community extends beyond the office and the media. In 2024, Majella was invited to speak at a Home Buyers event hosted by Aishling Browne at the Cork Bar, which turned out to be a tremendous success. It’s always a pleasure to contribute to initiatives that support homebuyers, and we look forward to participating in more events like this in the future.
